Lane Thirteen - American Cellar Pilsner - 4.8%

Lane Thirteen is our American cellar pilsner brewed in collaboration with our friends at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, MO. Lane Thirteen was brewed with a simple base of German pilsner and Idaho pilsner malts. Our American cellar pilsner was hopped in the kettle with Spalt Select and Sterling then fermented cold with our house lager strain on Chinook hops. Spunded for natural carbonation.
Warminster Thing - Smoked Corn Lager - 5.8%

Warminster Thing is our smoked corn lager brewed with a blend of pilsner, Vienna, Munich, Beechwood smoked and oak smoked wheat malts, as well as blue corn masa harina. We hopped Warminster Thing with Spalt Select and Sterling in the kettle then fermented it cold and naturally carbonated it with our house lager strain.
Television People - Kölsch Weisse with Coriander + Lemon Peel - 4.8%

Television People is our refreshing kölsch weisse-style ale infused with coriander and lemon peel. Brewed with German pilsner malt, flaked and malted wheat, and flaked oats, then hopped lightly in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Cashmere hops. Television People was fermented cool with our house kölsch strain.
Spirits Drifting - Collins Family Orchards Apricot 2023 + Peach 2022 Wild Ale - 6.4%

Spirits Drifting is a blend of ales fermented in oak. This blend consists of stock brewed in August 2022 and February 2023 and was bottle conditioned with a neutral wine yeast. Barrel #1 -Wheat based ale with coriander fermented with Brettanomyces in a neutral white wine barrel. Hopped with aged Hallertau Tradition, Idaho-7, Citra, and Cashmere. Fermented on Collins Family Orchards Suncrest Peaches from the 2022 harvest. Barrel #2 – Wheat base lager fermented with Brettanomyces in a Syrah barrel with Sunny Honey Wildflower Honey. Hopped with aged Hallertau Tradition, Nectaron, Talus and Zappa. Refermented on Collins Family Orchard Robada Apricots from the 2023 harvest.
When Shadows Fall - Blended Ale Fermented in Oak: Hayton Farms Black Raspberry 2023

When Shadows Fall is a blend of ales fermented in oak. This blend consists of stock brewed in February 2023 and April 2023 and was bottle conditioned with a blend of neutral wine yeast and Brettanomyces. Barrel #1 – wheat based ale with coriander fermented with a house mixed culture in a red wine barrel. Hopped with aged Hallertau Tradition and Motueka. Barrel #2 – wheat based lager fermented with Brettanomyces in a Grenache barrel with Sunny Honey blackberry honey. Hopped with aged Hallertau Tradition, Nectaron, Talus and Zappa. Refermented on Hayton Farms black raspberries from the 2023 harvest.
See Now and Know - West Coast Pale Ale - 5.2%

See Now and Know is our West Coast Pale Ale that was brewed with a simple base of pale malt, pilsner malt, and rice sugar. We hopped See Now and Know in the kettle with a blend of Mosaic, Chinook, and Simcoe. This West Coast Pale Ale was fermented cool with our house lager strain and dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe Cryo and Citra.
Schwarzweizen - Black Hefeweizen - 5.6%

Schwarzweizen is our black hefeweizen ale that was brewed with pilsner, pale chocolate, caramelized oat, and wheat malts as well as flaked wheat. Schwarzweizen was hopped in the kettle with Spalt and fermented cool with our favorite German hefeweizen strain.
The Hourglass - American Brown Ale - 4.6%

The Hourglass is our American brown ale mashed with a blend of English pale, caramelized oat, crystal, pale chocolate, and roast malts. We hopped our throwback brown ale in the kettle with Cascade and Simcoe.
The Flood - London-Style Brown Porter - 3.8%

The Flood is our nod to the brown porters of London and an homage to the folks that perished in The Great Porter Flood of 1814. Our version is brewed with English Maris Otter malt, flaked barley and rye, a selection of caramel and chocolate malts, and a touch of Beechwood smoked malt. The Flood was hopped exclusively with East Kent Goldings, then allowed to ferment and naturally carbonate with our house pub ale yeast.
Crow of Desperation - English-Style Rye Stout - 4.4%

Crow of Desperation is our English-Style rye stout brewed with pale English malt, flaked rye, crystal rye malt, caramelized oat malt and chocolate malt. We hopped Crow of Desperation with East Kent Goldings and open-fermented it with our house pub ale strain. Spunded for natural carbonation.
Blooms of Oblivion - Honey Roasted Hazelnut Stout - 5.4%

Blooms of Oblivion is our honey roasted hazelnut stout brewed with a rich blend of pale English, crystal, and chocolate malts as well as caramelized and flaked oats. This sessionable stout was hopped with Lubelski and had additions of brown sugar in the boil and clover honey at whirlpool. Blooms of Oblivion was fermented with our house pub ale strain and conditioned on roasted hazelnuts.
Pressed Against the Sky - Bourbon Barrel Aged Barley Wine - 14%

Pressed Against the Sky is a Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine that was aged in 6+ year Willett Bourbon Barrels for 13 months. This vintage is a blend of two barrels. Our 2024 blend was brewed with a rich base of English pale, amber, crystal, oat, caramelized oat, and pale chocolate malts. Pressed Against the Sky was hopped with Harlequin and East Kent Golding and fermented with a robust English ale yeast.
